After more than ten years working at several leading international law firms, Sophie now handles high-profile, complex cases with significant financial and media stakes. Jens has twenty years of professional experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate litigation, including actions for liability against directors and statutory auditors, as well as administrative investigations conducted by the French Financial Markets Authority (*Autorité des Marchés Financiers* – AMF) and the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (*Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution* – ACPR). He practiced in several international law firms before joining Vermeille & Co.
